RMK Firming Essence Review!

I've already been through a couple of bottles! Originally I wanted to purchase the "brightening" version of this but RMK stopped selling it as they were having issues with the product. This firming essence may sound as if it's only suitable for older individuals but I personally think that it's a good product. It has definitely kept my skin moisturised. Usually, I will get the occasional dry patch on my face (usually around my nose) when winter arrives but this hasn't happened lately *touch wood*.

I must also comment on the scent of this product! Normally I don't care too much about the scent of products, as long as they don't stink! However, this one just goes unnoticeable! It smells really nice! It definitely is RMK's nicest smelling skincare product to date!

The packaging of the product is good too! I like how it's in a glass bottle as it feels more luxurious. It's great how it has a pump too! I hate it when I have to dig into a moisturiser tub! I find it so unhygienic!

As I have oily skin, applying this as well as a toner and sunscreen can sometimes be a little heavy for my skin so it's important that you don't apply too much if you have the same problem! However, this won't stop me from purchasing the product in future!

Bobbi Brown Hydrating Eye Cream Review!

This little tub has lasted me ages! I personally think that it's a good eye cream! It's hydrating and absorbs quickly! I hate it when eye creams are thick/greasy. This Bobbi Brown eye cream is lightweight which makes it a good base for your eye make up! However, don't expect it to get rid off those panda eyes because it ain't going to happen! It was simply made to keep the under eye area nice and hydrated. This was my first time using a product from the Bobbi Brown skincare line. I shall look forward to trying more of their products in the near future. May I also say that I like their packaging! It's simple, yet chic!

Pore Care Pack Review!

I had never seen or heard of this product until a relative of mine gave it to me. I was personally quite impressed. Although it didn't get rid off all my blackheads like all other pore strips that I have tried in the past, it did appear to make a difference. These pore strips are definitely better than some of the ones I have previously tried. According to the packaging, it's made of natural charcoal too, which is a bonus! I would like to try this product again but sadly, it's an Asian beauty product so I'm pretty sure I would have difficulty trying to repurchase!

Biore Blemish Fighting Ice Cleanser!

This definitely felt cool on the skin! It states that it fights blemishes...I would say that it does to some extent. It's an affordable facial cleanser however, I felt that it was slightly harsh for my skin as I would get dry patches on my face. I like how it has a pump unlike many facial cleansers that I have been using recently. I've tried other Biore products before so I thought I'd give this one a try. Unfortunately I didn't finish using it as I didn't really think that my skin liked it enough for me to continue using it. Anyhow, I guess it's worth the try if you're looking for something that may fight all them blemishes away! After all, everyone reacts differently to different products.

Alpha-H Liquid Gold!

After seeing Youtubers rave about this particular product, I thought it was time to get my hands on one! It was my first time using an Alpha-H product, and I was kind of worried seeing as it has "glycolic acid" in it. I must admit, the word "acid" freaked me out at first. However I did a bit of research online and discovered that it actually comes from sugar cane. Also, many say that it makes your skin look better from the very first use so I was extremely tempted to give it a try. Does it live up to the hype? I would say so. This is a skin treatment that you would use on alternate nights. Whenever I used it, I would be extremely excited to see what my skin would like in the morning. It does make your skin look good in the morning, however, I wasn't exactly...WOW-ed. Whilst using this, I realised that I wasn't breaking out as much too. I'm not actually sure whether it was this particular product that was keeping the spots at bay or whether it was other stuff. It is more on the pricey side but personally I would say that it is worth it and it does last for a bit. All in all, a good product.

First Aid Beauty (FAB) Facial Radiance Pads!

I've just finished my second tub of FAB's facial radiance pads. Although I find the smell a little weird, I personally think that the product is quite good. It pretty much does what it says on the label. I did feel that these pads exfoliated and toned my skin. I wouldn't say that it reduced my visible pores much but I guess it did improve the clarity of my skin. However, I still had my "spotty" days, but I assume that is normal for people my age. It was my first time using a First Aid Beauty product and I was pleased overall. My skin can be quite picky when it comes to toners and it seemed to like this one, to some extent. One feature that encouraged me to get this product was that it's alcohol-free. I would definitely say that it's safe for those with sensitive skin. Also, I love how the pads are already soaked. It saves me from having to pour a toner onto a cotton pad which saves me time in the morning, and is simply great for lazy people like myself.

Liz Earle Instant Boost Skin Tonic!

This was kind of an impulse buy. I was on the look out for a new toner and the first brand I came across in Boots was Liz Earle. First of all, I love the packaging. It's simple, yet pretty. I also like how its cap can be twisted, which is unusual for a toner. The toner itself smells really pleasant and I did feel that it soothed my skin. If you're looking for a "gentle" toner, this may be the one for you.

Product Of The Day: RMK Skintuner EX Light.

This is a good quality moisturiser and it is made of natural ingredients which is always a bonus. It keeps the skin moisturised even though it's light. There is an extra moist version of this RMK moisturiser but my skin tends to be more on the oily side so I was recommended this one. It's good for moisture but do not expect anything more as it is not made to get rid off any past spot marks or reduce the number of breakouts etc. It's main purpose is simply to keep the skin nice and moisturised.

Product Of The Day: RMK Recovery Gel.

Rating:

I like how it has microbeads in this treatment. It seems like your skin is actually absorbing everything if you get what I mean. I also like the scent as it smells really fresh and fruity, yet not too overpowering. I always go back to this night treatment every now and then so god knows how many tubs I've gone through. Personally, I think it's worth a try. I love RMK but I'm honestly not being bias or anything. Haha. I think it definitely helps with anti-roughness! Also, it absorbs quickly which is a bonus!
