I haven't done a favourites' post in a very long timeeeee! So why not do one now?

Chanel Les Beiges All-in-One Healthy Glow Fluid

I was looking for a substitute for my foundation for the summer and stumbled across this one. I like the finish that it gives and it feels quite light on the skin. I would say that it is quite similar to the all mighty Vitalumiere Aqua. However, the coverage is lighter but I think it's acceptable. I love how it doesn't look too heavy on my skin!

Chloe Eau De Parfum

Yes, I am still obsessed with this scent! This has definitely become one of my favourite perfumes of all time! Now, that is a bold statement! 

Foreo Luna Mini - Magenta

I didn't quite know whether to buy this at first or not. I certainly don't regret buying it. I haven't had it for that long so I can't say that I've seen any significant results but I do like it so far. I think it's a great invention and is so much more hygienic than having to use a facial brush. It would be nice if Foreo could provide a plug with the product so we could charge it in a normal socket though!

The Ultimate Addiction - 點金勝手

I've been loving this drama! It's been a while since TVB have come out with a decent series! I love Nancy Wu's character! Her acting has definitely gone up a level! I hope that her and Bosco end up together (towards the end of the drama) but I'm pretty sure they won't! 

Topshop - Longline Duster Kimono

Sorry about the quality of the picture by the way!

I bought this kimono for my holiday and I love it! It's just so easy to wear and it's great for summer! I think I need another kimono in my life.

Siwon Choi

My human favourite, Mr. Choi Si Won! Yes, I was crazy enough to go all the way down to London just for a glimpse of Siwon! Haha. I knew he was in Paris for the Audi event but I had no idea that he was coming to London for the Jimmy Choo event until my friend told me! So of course we had to do what crazy ELFs do and chase after him. Actually, we were very reserved compared to other fangirls. I kind of regret being so quiet! His charm was overpowering. I froze completely when I saw him! So did my bestie!

MeiPai

This iPhone application has become rather popular recently! I'm in love with it! Even someone who's rubbish at filming like myself can make amazing videos with the filters and soundtracks that are available on this application. Come and follow me @GaMeiFung! 

Barcelona

The weather was amazing in Barcelona! I love that place. The people over there seemed nice overall and it's definitely a place I would recommend visiting! It was a blast! I wish we could have stayed longer.

Travalo - Classic Excel Refill Perfume Spray in Black

I love my travalo! It's great for travelling around and for your handbag. I used to have a different atomiser but it came apart. This one is definitely better as you only have to take the cap off your perfume and pump the perfume into your atomiser, like how you would pump air into a football. It's very convenient!

Just Facetimed my dear Boing Boing, Sally So. May I just say that Facetime is probably one of the best inventions ever! However, it's gay how you can't use it if you don't have a wi-fi connection. Thank god for Tango! *Sighs* What would we do without Apple?

Oh, and now that I have plenty of time to kill, I can blog A LOT more often (not that I was that busy before anyway)! So does anyone have any ideas of what kind of blog posts I could do? I'm a little stuck for ideas...Some suggestions would be nice my dear friends.

Has summer arrived?

Been out three days in a row now. I think it's time I settle down and start doing some work for a change...Haha AS IF that's going to happen.
I'm currently bored out of my mind and I can't be bothered doing anything. :(
*Sighs*
But yeah, I got to see my dear Boing Boings yesterday! It's been like 4 months since we last got together so it was lovely being reunited again. Just the three of us, like old times! :D I might post a few pictures up later on if I can be bothered. But then I might not as I look ugly in every single picture that was taken...but I guess I could always photoshop them. :) Oh gosh, what would we do without photoshop?
Hehe.

OH MY, the weather has been BEAUTIFUL in the UK, for a changeeeeeeeeeeee. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT. The sun has finally decided to come out and stay for a change. Let's hope it lasts! However, I'm not looking forward to dying from hayfever.
I really should start buying meds and all that crap to be prepared.
Why isn't there a cure for hayfever? Tell me why someone...whyyyy...
We have cures for biggg diseases but not for hayfever/migraines etc...:S :S :S Hmmm...

I hope everyone got lots of red packets and ate lots of good food! The amount of food I've been eating lately is unbelievable!! It's kind of scary how BIG my appetite is. :/

BE NICE!

This topic has been on my mind for a while so thought I'd just let it out. :)

I SERIOUSLY don't get why people are so mean to one another...when there's no reason for them to be. You've not done anything to them...they've not done anything to you...so keep it that way?
I want to use Weibo as an example. For those who aren't oriental probably won't know what Weibo is...but yeah, it's a social networking site...one way of putting it is that it's the Chinese version of Twitter...but with a few more functions. I swear I'm always getting weird comments off people on there! They're either really snide comments, or perverted/dirty. It's just UNNECESSARY. I think it's quite funny how people who don't even know you think that they have the right to judge you...I'm sorry but you simply don't. Everyone's entitled to their own opinion but have some people never heard of the saying "IF YOU HAVE NOTHING NICE TO SAY, DON'T SAY ANYTHING AT ALL." Some people need to learn that quote. It might help them live longer! I think it's even funnier when most of the people on there are of your own race! To be honest, you should be nice to everyone...not just your own race but you would have thought that if you were the same "colour" as them, they'd be nice. That is obviously not the case. I bet some people just do it for attention which is kind of stupid because you're going to just get reported and blocked...so don't waste your time, and definitely don't waste mine either. I'm sorry but I'm not taking crap from anyone and I do not need horrible comments all over my profile. It would be much appreciated.

We've all been taught to be nice to everyone that we meet but that most certainly does not include using/taking advantage of others.
A lot of you probably feel the same, but I swear like half of the people I know only talk to me when they NEED me...Helloooooo, I'm a human being just like yourself, I ain't some toy that you just pick up when it's playtime, and then throw away when it's hometime. I'm needed when I need to replace someone else's place...I'm needed when something needs to be asked...I'm needed when something needs to be bought...basically, I'm needed when I'm needed. I also find it pretty funny how some people don't even make the effort to pretend that they're not using me. It's just way too obvious...and they think that they can get away with it. Well do you know what, one day you're going to have a taste of your own medicine!
Okay, everyone needs help at some point in their life but it would be nice if you could talk to me on other occasions and not just when you need to borrow something or whatever. I AIN'T AN ITEM.

It's so annoying how people are always taking advantage of others. I see it all the time...and I've experienced it...and trust me, it isn't a nice feeling. There's always going to be that one person who will take advantage of you. That's just life. I'm sorry but you have to give as well as take. It isn't fair if you just keep on giving, nor is it fair if you just keep on taking...
It would be nice if people could just stop being so horrible to those who are less likely to stand up for themselves...and if you're one of these people, it's time to get off your bum and SAY SOMETHING. Don't just sit there and take it. Obviously you might have to at times, for example, if the opponent is your manager or whatever but still, don't let them push you too far. Everyone has their barriers! So keep them up!

At the end of the day, no one needs all this nastiness so it would be nice if everyone could just get on with each other. There's going to be that occasion when you're going to have some sort of argument/fight because at the end of the day, we all have different personalities and there will be clashes. The best thing to do is just stay out of each other's way if that is the case...but then if you've been pushed too far, it's time to stand up and back yourself up!
BE NICE. It isn't that hard really...


If you really can't be nice then just keep your distance, and keep your lips SEALED.

Me or you? Him or her?

Why must we always compare ourselves to others? Why?

From a young age, we were always comparing our toys...lunchboxes...school bags...why? Does it really matter if she has the latest hello kitty school bag? Or if he has cheesestrings in his lunchbox?
If you're Chinese, I'm sure you'll know what it feels like to be compared against your parents' friends' kids. It happens all the time. It happens to every single one of us. Everyone usually thinks as long as you're you, that's all that matters and you shouldn't need to compare yourself against him/her...Well I'm telling you that's a load of crapppp. Haha.

I remember how my mum used to compare me against other kids and it used to REALLY bug me but I've kind of got used to it now. It was like "Why did she do so well and you didn't?" ALL THE TIME. Errr simply because I'm not as clever as her...or simply because I didn't really...errr...revise? :P HAHA. I was also told 24/7 as a kid that such a body was always better than me and that I was a lot naughtier than that such a body. Errrr mummmm, everyone shows their rebellious side at some point in life...Agree peeps? ;) Haha.

As I got older and older...:/...I began to realise that the people around me are incredibly COMPETITIVE...whether it's friends...relatives...they're all the same. ==" Sometimes it's THAT bad that it leads to jealousy which I think is pretty sad. I understand how it can be a good thing to compare yourself against others in order to make yourself a better person but I swear some people just take it to another level and that's when things get a bit nasty...and everyone starts talking about each other...i.e. A LOT OF GOSSIP and RUMOURS.
Yeah, she has a Louis Vuitton bag but that doesn't mean that you have to have one too...
Yeah, your daughter has done exceptionally well in her exams but that does not give you the right to look down on others and show off...
Seriously people, when are you all going to stop making life difficult for each other?

At the end of the day, we're all human beings so I totally get how things can get a bit feisty between us all after a bit but there really is no need to take it to the next level. It's good to compare at times as it can sometimes give us a sense of direction (in life) and makes us stop for a while to think about what we should do in order to make ourselves a better person, and vice versa. Therefore, I think it's good when people have found themselves a role model or two. :) Also, competing against each other is a source of motivation for all of us to do much better in life and to fight for what it is that we want from this world. However this kind of competition shouldn't cause mini "wars" between family and friends. It's simply unnecessary. Do you not think? I'm not saying that I don't compare myself to others. If I was to say that, I would be completely lying. I used to always think that I HAVE to be better than such a body otherwise I'm a failure in life but that isn't totally true. Just because I might not be for example a faster swimmer than him/her doesn't mean that he/she is better at such a thing. Just remember, no one's perfect. Everyone has their strong points...and their weak points...That's what makes every single one of us special in our own way!

It's good to be competitive...it keeps you "fighting"...but remember, you won't always win. We sometimes have to...lose in life.

Motivate me.

I hate how my emotions are constantly changing. It's rather tiring. And it's stopping me from sleeping. Why is it so hard to be happy? Whyyy?
I'm often known as the "owl" amongst my friends as the people around me tend to think that I never sleep...I do sleep...it's just that I sleep at the wrong times. And there is a reason why I stay up so late. I prefer to wait until I'm absolutely knackered and then go to sleep. I don't like laying in bed at night with a million things on my mind. I'd rather collapse on my bed. Does anyone else feel the same way?
I feel sooooooo useless at the moment...I've had the longest summer holiday ever and what have I done? NOTHING. Nothing productive. There's so much that needs doing but nothing's happening. I just wish I had the motivation to get up off my big fat bum and do something useful for once. I feel like a right loser.

OMGGGGGGGG Today has been BIGGGGGGGGGGGGGG.
Sooooo much has been happening in England!! TOO MANY RIOTS...thanks to all them uneducated people who can't be bothered looking for a job! It's just madness!
For the past three days, all these scumbags have just been rioting around London/Leeds/Liverpool blah blah blah but TODAY, they decided to target Salford, and then of course, Manchester! Well what can I say...it was just a matter of TIME. :/ It really is STUPID how they're all destroying their own COMMUNITY/COUNTRY! Are they off their heads or what?!
It's the government that they're annoyed with! Why kill innocent people?! :@ They've done nothing to you! Don't forget, if it wasn't for these taxpayers, you lot would be living on the streets at this very moment in time! Just bear that in mind before you smash another car window! ==
